Internal Projects

Customer Success Metrics:

  • Partnered with Kristina Woodburn to conduct user research at OST, aiming to identify strengths and weaknesses in the company's approach to measuring and addressing customer success.

    • Tasks Performed: competitive research, user interviews, utilized Dovetail to tag and organize insights, organization of Miro and Kanban boards, designing slide deck and presentation to executive leader

Reduce Stress at Your Desk Presentation

  • Leveraged my healthcare background to create a presentation addressing common workplace ailments and prevention strategies.

  • Presented to the design team during our bi-weekly XRD Download meeting.

  • Recorded the presentation separately to share the entire company.

  • Collaborated with the Wellness Committee to establish an ergonomics page on OST's employee website, where the presentation is now accessible.

XRD Principles Workshop

  • Teamed up with my manager, Iulia Rontu, to develop a workshop for the XRD (design) team. The workshop focused on exploring company values and their impact on shaping the XRD team's values and work approach.

Client Projects

Winnebago

Contributed to the design process alongside a small group of designers for Winnebago's HMI and mobile app.

Camp Chef

Aided Camp Chef in user research for enhancing future mobile app features and user experience.

Intern Events and Initiatives

1:1 Meetings with Design Team

  • Proactively scheduled individual meetings with all design team members during my internship's initial weeks to foster connections before project assignments.

  • Attended regular weekly meetings with my mentor and manager to set goals, monitor progress, and discuss design skills.

  • Actively utilized knowledge sharing from team members with specific skillsets.

Design Team

  • Participated in bi-weekly associate designer knowledge and project shares.

  • Learned from different members of the design team as the presented information at bi-weekly XRD meetings.

Lunch and Learns

  • Engaged with diverse OST departments to gain comprehensive insights into the company.
